other news on to) how do I go about getting it onto the web re web
servers (ftp?), and is any free space allowed to me by WA Networks or is a fee incurred?

ANSWER
------------------------------------------------------
Hello,

Yes you have 50 megs of web space available for your own use (included free with all WA Networks accounts). All we need in order to activate this web space is a password, it can be the same as your dialup password or a different one if you wish (this is a good idea if someone else will be doing your web site for you).

Once you have requested the web space be activated (by simply e-mailing support@westnet.net.au) and provided the required password we will activate it for you.

The settings you will require for your FTP (File Transfer Protocole) software are as follows:

Host: ftp.westnet.net.au
Username: Your username with us
Password: The password you nominate
URL of your Site: http://www.westnet.net.au/your_username

More information on these settings can be located on the web site at:
